Educational Background: Any Graduation (Mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 3 Years . Non-Eligibility: Freshers are not eligible. Internships will not be considered as work experience. Candidates who appeared for an interview in the last 3 months are not eligible. Job Location: Nagpur (Affinity/Local candidates preferred).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Excellent English Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Experience in any client-facing roles
- Stakeholder Management
- Back Office Operations with Voice Support
- IT Service Desk is preferred
- Basic understanding of IT support workflows
