Job Description
For the Hitachi Vantara Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to represent the entry point into their engineering organization. You will work under close supervision to acquire skills and perform routine application development activities. This role involves analyzing user requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring quality deliverables through unit testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA and support, to understand functional requirements and maintain proper documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Application Development: Code, test, debug, and implement software applications based on defined requirements.
- Requirement Analysis: Assist in analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Testing: Participate in unit testing and support integration testing to ensure quality.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve basic technical issues with guidance from senior team members.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A in Computer Science or related fields.
Experience: This is a first-level position suitable for Freshers.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in coding and debugging (Java, Python, C++, or similar languages implied).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
