Job Description

As an Intern (Bachelor's) at Honeywell, you will work alongside experienced engineering and business professionals, contributing fresh perspectives to live enterprise projects. This internship equips students with practical tools and mentorship from top-tier engineering and business leaders. You will support project teams in daily operational activities, technical project execution, and assist in data collection, processing, and analysis, helping to meet project deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Support project teams in day-to-day operational activities and technical project execution.
  • Data Management: Assist in data collection, processing, data analysis, and documentation reporting.
  • Research & Collaboration: Conduct background research and compile insights for multi-disciplinary initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to help meet project deadlines and milestones.
  • Innovation: Participate in regular team strategy meetings and offer creative, innovative solutions.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BBA or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines. Open to fresh graduates and currently enrolled university students.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and quantitative problem-solving capabilities

Competencies:

  • Ability to work efficiently within collaborative team environments
