Job Description
HPE Recruitment 2026 is hiring for the position of Full Stack Developer in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience and a technical degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline. The role is part of HPE's Network Performance Monitoring, Automation & AI/ML team. The selected candidate will work on UI and software solutions for network monitoring, troubleshooting and performance management, while also contributing to distributed systems and AI/ML-driven network automation. Candidates with experience in Python, Go, UI development, distributed systems, databases, networking and operating systems can apply. Additional exposure to Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm, Jenkins and AI coding assistants can be beneficial.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimize UI and software solutions for network monitoring.
- Develop solutions for network troubleshooting and performance management.
- Work on AI/ML-driven analytics for detecting and correlating network events.
- Contribute to automated remediation of network events.
- Build models for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
- Develop intelligent automation capabilities for network operations.
- Work on distributed systems designed for reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with other engineers to solve technical challenges.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software quality.
- Build software that provides intelligent network operations and monitoring capabilities.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: BE or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree.
Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in software development.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- UI Development: Experience developing and optimizing user interfaces.
- Python or Go: Proficiency in Python, Go or another object-oriented programming language.
- Distributed Systems: Understanding of systems designed to operate across multiple machines or services.
- Networking: Good understanding of networking concepts relevant to network monitoring and performance.
- Databases: Understanding of database technologies and data management.
- Operating Systems: Strong fundamentals in operating system concepts.
- Software Development: Ability to design, develop, optimize and troubleshoot software solutions.
Competencies:
- Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes (preferred).
- Network monitoring tools (preferred).
- Ansible, Helm, Jenkins (preferred).
- Automation frameworks (preferred).
- AI coding assistants such as Copilot (preferred).
