Job Description
HPE Recruitment 2026 is hiring for the position of Full Stack Developer in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience and a technical degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline. The role is part of HPE's Network Performance Monitoring, Automation & AI/ML team. The selected candidate will work on UI and software solutions for network monitoring, troubleshooting and performance management, while also contributing to distributed systems and AI/ML-driven network automation. Candidates with experience in Python, Go, UI development, distributed systems, databases, networking and operating systems can apply. Additional exposure to Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm, Jenkins and AI coding assistants can be beneficial.
Roles and Responsibilities
- UI/Software Solution Development: Design, develop and optimize UI and software solutions for network monitoring, troubleshooting and performance management.
- AI/ML Analytics: Work on AI/ML-driven analytics for detecting and correlating network events.
- Automated Remediation: Contribute to automated remediation of network events.
- Model Building: Build models for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
- Intelligent Automation: Develop intelligent automation capabilities for network operations.
- Distributed Systems: Work on distributed systems designed for reliability and scalability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers to solve technical challenges and participate in code reviews.
- Quality Contribution: Contribute to software quality.
- Product Development: Build software that provides intelligent network operations and monitoring capabilities.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: BE or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree.
Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in software development.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Experience developing and optimizing user interfaces.
- Proficiency in Python, Go or another object-oriented programming language.
- Understanding of systems designed to operate across multiple machines or services (Distributed Systems).
- Good understanding of networking concepts relevant to network monitoring and performance.
- Understanding of database technologies and data management.
- Strong fundamentals in operating system concepts.
- Ability to design, develop, optimize and troubleshoot software solutions.
Competencies:
- Exposure to Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm, Jenkins, Automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Copilot.
- Basic understanding of application scalability, system integrations, automation techniques, or AI/ML integration trends is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to excel in modern, distributed team environments.
