Job Description
As an HR Data Analytics Intern at DHL Global Forwarding, you will support the HR team in various data analytics initiatives, working directly under the guidance of the HR Manager. Your responsibilities include supporting the collection and organization of recruitment data, helping prepare reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment performance, and analyzing metrics alongside local HR representatives. You will also assist in documenting current workflows, designing automated solutions, participating in testing new tools, and maintaining/updating HR data systems to ensure accuracy. This role is crucial in generating insights and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Analytics: Support the collection and organization of data related to recruitment. Help prepare reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment performance, and analyze metrics alongside local HR representatives.
- Digitalization & Automation: Assist in documenting current workflows and designing workflow management or automated solutions. Participate in testing and evaluating newly implemented tools.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update HR data systems to ensure accuracy. Assist in generating ad-hoc and regular reports for HR leadership to facilitate data-driven strategies.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Fresh Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Engineering students interested in transitioning into the HR domain are also welcome to apply.
Experience: Freshers / Students
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Competencies:
- Familiarity with modern data visualization tools like Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Core Competencies: Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Availability: The candidate must be able to start the internship from July 2026 onwards for a minimum duration of 6 months, extending up to a maximum of one year.
