Job Description
As a Quality Engineer-Automation at IBM, you will specialize in creating automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications, going beyond simply executing automated test cases. You will understand testing requirements, design optimized test scenarios, automate test execution, and help integrate testing into broader software delivery processes. A major focus will be improving testing efficiency through automation, identifying repetitive manual processes, and developing reliable solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Design and implement automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications.

- Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing automated testing solutions.

- Environment Automation: Develop automation for test environment setup and management.
- Integration: Integrate testing automation into broader delivery automation workflows.
- Process Support: Support software delivery processes using modern Agile and DevOps practices.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience.
