Job Description
IBM is hiring for the position of Quality Engineer-Automation in Bangalore. This role focuses on developing and maintaining automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications. Selected candidates will work with test automation tools, optimized test scenarios, test data management, environment automation, and delivery automation. The position is particularly relevant for professionals with experience in software testing, test automation, Agile, DevOps, containers, and automated test execution. Candidates should be comfortable designing automation solutions that reduce manual testing effort while improving testing efficiency and software quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Automated Testing Solutions: Design and implement automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications.
- Process Streamlining: Develop automation that streamlines software testing processes.
- Test Scenario Creation: Create optimized test scenarios using appropriate test automation tools and technologies.
- Automated Test Execution: Develop automation for executing software tests with minimal manual intervention.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience.
