Job Description
For the Infineon Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a skilled Engineer Verification to join their dynamic team. You will be involved in Bench Characterization with Analog, Digital, and Mixed-signal IPs. The role requires a strong understanding of microcontroller and SoC products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using lab equipment such as SMUs, Oscilloscopes, and Signal Generators. You will interface with silicon validation and characterization teams to develop test lists and automation suites using Python and LabVIEW.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Interface with silicon validation and characterization teams to understand requirements.
- Test Development: Develop and build test lists and automation suites, including software and firmware for the silicon.
- Validation: Perform validation on FPGA (pre-silicon) and Silicon, working with cross-functional teams for debugging.
- Automation: Implement Python/LabVIEW-based bench test equipment automation to support silicon validation.
- Collaboration: Manage schedules and liaison with cross-functional teams, acting as a program manager when associated.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 0 – 1 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internship/project experience are preferred).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Microcontroller and SoC products.
- Experience in Bench Characterization with Analog/Mixed-signal IPs.
- Proficiency in C, Python, and LabVIEW (LabVIEW is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with SMUs, DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and Signal Generators.
