Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Team up with departments within BC to understand business demands for automation.
- Consultation: Consult on both technical feasibility and process optimization, looking at end-to-end processes and workflow efficiency.
- Implementation: Perform the technical implementation of applications in close collaboration with your peers and users.
- Maintenance: Maintain the operation of tools, including system maintenance, network administration, data management, and services administration.
- Upskilling: Help in upskilling less technical colleagues within the team.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree ( B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc / MCA ) in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent field of study.
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates. A foundational understanding of IT architecture and the approach of digitalization teams. Prior exposure to OKR or Agile methodologies.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of Linux, MariaDB/MySQL, and DevOps principles with practical application in production environments.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and KNIME.
Competencies:
- Fluency in English is required.
