As a Dev Business Analyst at Infor, you will work between business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure that business requirements are understood, documented, prioritized, implemented, and tested correctly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Requirement Management: Work with product managers to gather and analyze business requirements. Prioritize requirements based on business and product needs. Document functional and technical requirements clearly.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with engineers and architects to translate requirements into solution designs. Contribute to user interface mock-ups and solution documentation where required.
- Communication: Communicate requirements and business context to development teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders throughout the development process.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to ensure requirements are properly tested. Conduct acceptance testing to verify that specifications have been correctly interpreted.
- Documentation & Presentation: Prepare draft documentation and technical or business presentations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze information from different sources and help resolve conflicts between datasets or requirements.
- Task Management: Manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Data Fabric Strategy: Support Infor's Data Fabric strategy and related data-driven solutions.
- Use Case Support: Work with data warehousing, analytics, reporting, and machine learning-related use cases.

Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc qualifications are listed.
Experience: Freshers / Experienced.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques.
- Understanding of databases, data extraction, data transformation, and data loading.
- Experience working with database query languages.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and services such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Firebolt.
- Knowledge of advanced data processing techniques.
- Experience with BI concepts and data visualization.
Competencies:
- Ability to communicate effectively using both technical and non-technical language.
- Ability to work with product managers, engineers, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and resolve conflicts.
