Job Description
As a Dev Business Analyst at Infor, you will work between business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure that business requirements are understood, documented, prioritized, implemented, and tested correctly. The role has a strong data focus, requiring candidates to understand data management, databases, query languages, data extraction, transformation, and loading. You will also work with cloud-native architectures and data services such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Firebolt.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with product managers to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prioritize requirements based on business and product needs.
- Document functional and technical requirements clearly.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to translate requirements into solution designs.
- Contribute to user interface mock-ups and solution documentation where required.
- Communicate requirements and business context to development teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to ensure requirements are properly tested.
- Conduct acceptance testing to verify that specifications have been correctly interpreted.
- Prepare draft documentation and technical or business presentations.
- Analyze information from different sources and help resolve conflicts between datasets or requirements.
- Manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Support Infor's Data Fabric strategy and related data-driven solutions.
- Work with data warehousing, analytics, reporting, and machine learning-related use cases.

Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc qualifications are listed.
Experience: Freshers / Experienced.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Data Management: Understanding of databases, data extraction, data transformation, and data loading.
- Query Languages: Experience working with database query languages.
- Cloud Data: Exposure to cloud-native architectures and services such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Firebolt.
- Data Processing: Knowledge of advanced data processing techniques.
- Business Intelligence: Experience with BI concepts and data visualization.
