Job Description

Infor is hiring for the Software Engineer, Associate role at its Hyderabad development center. This position is designed for B.E/B.Tech/BS graduates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. Join the dynamic Mongoose platform development team to design and deliver scalable software applications, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and modern .NET frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable enterprise software.
  • Code Quality: Write clean and maintainable code in C# following SOLID and OOP principles.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with UX and QA teams to deliver best-in-class user solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and provide resolutions for complex technical bottlenecks.
  • Architectural Input: Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to the technical roadmap.
  • Agile Participation: Engage actively in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Integration Support: Support the integration of RESTful APIs and backend web services.
  • System Optimization: Continuously optimize existing systems for better performance and security.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 0 – 3 Years of hands-on experience in .NET development using C#.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns
  • Solid foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Familiarity with Relational Databases (SQL Server) and exposure to NoSQL
  • Experience using Git for source code management

Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and RESTful APIs
