Responsibilities
As an Intern at Headout, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media graphics, maps for our products and digital banners.
- Design engaging and creative visuals for various digital platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Assist with other design tasks and projects as needed.
Skills & Experience
To be eligible for Headout Internship 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Some work showcasing examples of strong creative skills in graphics, typography, and illustrative vector design, along with evidence of conceptual thinking, understanding of layout, and effective use of colors and typography.
- Software knowledge: It is essential to have the ability to create vector illustrations and layouts using Figma.
Selection Process
The selection process for Headout Internship typically includes:
- Resume Screening: Focus on extracurriculars, internships, and cultural fit.
- HR Interview: Discussion on interest in HR/Recruitment and startup culture.
- Assignment/Task: A small sourcing or writing task (occasionally asked).
- Final Round: Interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
