For the IQVIA Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is looking for highly motivated Trainee Engineers/QA Analysts. The role involves understanding the IQVIA ecosystem and contributing to live projects. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high-quality system development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects. You will work closely with experienced mentors in a collaborative environment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project timelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- System Development: Understand client requirements to build and configure high-quality systems or codebases.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets quality standards and support others in achieving good quality.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and apply analytical techniques to resolve bugs.
- Documentation: Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and project documentation.
- Process Improvement: Proactively provide ideas for process enhancements to drive organizational growth.
- Collaboration: Work professionally with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science.
Experience: 2025 Graduates ONLY.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Must have completed formal training with certification in one of the following: Java, Python, or React.js DevOps (CI/CD, Docker) Software Testing (Manual or Automated).
Competencies:
- Minimum 80% or 8.0 CGPA is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of the Clinical Domain and Databases.
- Willingness to work extended hours or on weekends during emergencies.
