Job Description
For the Dentsu Recruitment 2026 drive, the Security Team is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of ongoing security initiatives. This is a junior role where you will report to the Security Project Manager and assist with the planning and delivery of complex projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring that project tasks are documented, risks are identified, and status reports are accurate. This role requires a commercially aware individual who can prioritize workloads and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an IT Project Coordinator at Dentsu, your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Support: Actively reporting into and supporting the Security Project Manager in delivering a defined programme of work.
- Task Management: Ensuring project tasks are documented, owned, and reported against in line with Project Management methodology.
- Risk Management: Actively identifying project risks and issues, recording them correctly, and working to mitigate them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with project stakeholders at all levels in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Providing clear, accurate, and timely status reports on ongoing project activities.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing, supporting, and recording key project meetings.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Dentsu Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in a relevant field.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates who have held a junior role in a project environment.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Expert user of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally, experience or qualification in Business/Project Management.
- Awareness of Governance and Risk Management.
- Preferred Knowledge:
- Sufficient experience or interest in the IT industry and ideally Cyber Security.
- Understanding of the complete project life cycle.
