Job Description

For the Xometry Recruitment 2026 drive, the IT team is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries. You will ensure employee productivity through rapid problem-solving and white-glove customer service.

You will handle everything from troubleshooting via Slack and Freshdesk to the physical preparation of hardware. This role requires maintaining a professional demeanor while managing ticket queues to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Roles and Responsibilities

As an IT Service Desk Analyst I at Xometry, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tier 1 Support: Providing high-quality first-level technical assistance via Slack, Jira, and in-person interactions.
  • Incident Management: Resolving common IT hurdles such as account lockouts, password resets, and software access requests.
  • Asset Management: Staging, configuring, and testing computer hardware for new hires and coordinating asset retrieval for offboarding.
  • Inventory Control: Performing weekly physical inventory checks to ensure hardware availability and accuracy.
  • Documentation: Accurately documenting troubleshooting steps and escalating tickets when necessary.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
