Job Description
For the Jabil Recruitment 2026 drive, the operations team is looking for a support-level trainee. The primary objective of this role is to learn and complete on-the-job training for a successful transition into the core support-level manufacturing staff. You will be assigned general manufacturing tasks as directed and given the tools needed to understand global production standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- On-the-Job Training: Participate actively in comprehensive training programs to learn the fundamentals of modern manufacturing operations.
- Task Execution: Perform basic to moderately complex manufacturing and support tasks as directed by your training supervisors.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety and health rules, regulations, and company security policies associated with your assignment.
- Certification: Successfully complete any mandatory testing or certification requirements necessary for your specific area of assignment.
- Documentation Processing: Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and interpret diagrams and visual manufacturing aids.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Competencies:
- Strong ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and visual aids.
- Solid mathematical foundation: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to quickly compute rate, ratio, and percentages, and properly interpret diagrams and graphs.
- Practical common sense to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions and deal with standardized operational situations.
