Job Description
For the Johnson Controls Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Project Engineer to support Building Technologies & Solutions (BT&S). You will work with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to deliver smart building solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in CFS (Comfort Systems), ACS (Access Control Systems), IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems), and CCTV domains. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of these critical systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- System Implementation: Hands-on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of IBMS, CCTV, ACS, and CFS systems.
- Project Execution: Work with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintenance: Perform maintenance activities for building automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal project teams and external stakeholders.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to the company's "Zero Harm" safety policy during all site activities.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred).
Experience: Freshers and Early Career Professionals.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in BT&S (Building Technologies & Solutions).
- Expertise in IBMS, CCTV, ACS, and CFS domains.
- Proven ability to handle installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting on-site.
