Job Description
For the Gainwell Technologies Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst to design and implement analytical scorecards and dashboards. The role requires a candidate who can review requirements, document standards, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
You will work on building analytical dashboards, preferably within the Finance domain. This role is strictly involved in product development analysis and does not involve handling sensitive PHI/PII data. You must be comfortable working in the 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST shift.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Jr. Data Analyst at Gainwell, your key responsibilities will include:
- Dashboard Design: Designing, implementing, and maintaining analytical scorecards and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Requirement Analysis: Reviewing requirements and documenting designs according to company standards.
- Monitoring: Providing overall monitoring of standards and suggesting revisions for consistency.
- Data Analysis: Investigating and resolving technical matters by analyzing possible causes.
- Reporting: Building financial reports and visualization solutions.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Gainwell Technologies Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Any Degree in a relevant field. A Finance or Accounting degree is highly preferred (Important).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working on analytical scorecards/dashboards.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Data Visualization tools.
- Experience with Financial Reporting is helpful.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Finance domain is desirable.
- Soft Skills: Good analytical skills and the ability to provide guidance to less experienced personnel.
Work Environment & Hours
- Location: Remote.
- Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (IST).
- Flexibility: Occasional stretching of hours may be required for urgent calls.
