Job Description
For the Cornerstone Recruitment 2026 drive, the Cloud Engineering Team is seeking a highly motivated Junior Engineer. You will design, build, and optimize cloud-native web applications using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and TypeScript. The role involves leveraging AWS services (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway) and integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that empower the talent management platform.
Responsibilities
As a Junior Engineer at Cornerstone, your key responsibilities will include:
- Full Stack Development: Designing and maintaining cloud-native applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET/Java.
- Cloud Engineering: Leveraging AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB) to build scalable solutions.
- DevOps: Implementing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring smooth delivery through automation (Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- AI Integration: Exploring and integrating AWS AI/ML capabilities to drive innovation.
- Database Management: Writing and maintaining SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) queries and schemas.
- Performance Optimization: Troubleshooting issues and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Cornerstone Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Containerization (Docker).
