Job Description
For the Kumaran Systems Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is seeking a Junior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to CMMi practices and quality auditing. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to defined quality processes across teams.
The role involves assisting in ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 documentation, participating in internal audits, and tracking CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). You will play a key role in supporting external audit and certification activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process Implementation: Supporting CMMi process implementation and compliance across projects.
- Documentation: Assisting in maintaining quality documents, SOPs, records, and ISO documentation.
- Auditing: Participating in internal audits, gap analysis, and supporting external audit activities.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to defined quality processes (QMS and ISMS) across teams.
- Tracking: Tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to closure.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Kumaran Systems Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc in a relevant field.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Compliance.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
