Job Description

As a Junior System Engineer at FULL Creative, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless performance and security of systems and infrastructure. Your role involves testing application performance to identify bottlenecks and collaborating with developers to implement fixes. You will install, manage, and monitor software applications, provide infrastructure support, including remote desktop and helpdesk assistance, and diagnose/resolve technical issues promptly. Additionally, you will write and maintain custom scripts to improve system efficiency and drive automation, along with providing dedicated support for both MAC and PC ecosystems.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Performance Testing: Test application performance to identify bottlenecks and work with developers to implement necessary fixes.
  • Software Management: Install, manage, and monitor software applications required by employees.
  • Infrastructure Support: Manage all installed systems and IT infrastructure, providing remote desktop and helpdesk support.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues promptly.
  • Automation: Write and maintain custom scripts to improve system efficiency and drive automation.
  • Multi-OS Support: Provide dedicated support for both MAC and PC ecosystems following strict installation protocols.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Computer Science/IT/Data Analytics, BCA, or relevant PG degrees (MS/M.Sc/M.Tech).

Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers Eligible)

Competencies:

  • Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and attend the office periodically (quarterly/bi-annually).
  • Workspace Requirements: Must have a private workroom suitable for continuous video calls, a stable wired internet connection (100+ MBPS upload/download), and a reliable power backup system.
