Your primary focus will be on supporting Newness Level 1 projects—applying standard designs and existing rules to ensure high-quality output. You will act as a support pillar for senior engineers, managing technical documentation and data analysis to drive informed decision-making. You will be encouraged to adhere to Valeo’s digitalization roadmap, utilizing modern tools to maintain efficiency while identifying areas for continuous process improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support: Senior engineers in the execution of standard engineering projects (Newness Level 1).
- Create and maintain: High-accuracy technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
- Collect, analyze, and report: On technical data to support team decision-making.
- Apply: Established Discipline design processes and methodologies consistently.
- Maintain: Budget awareness and strive for optimal resource utilization within the assigned scope.
- Adhere: To the Digitalization Roadmap by using designated software tools for engineering tasks.
- Communicate: Effectively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience: Freshers (Open to 2026 batch and recent graduates).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering design processes and data analysis.
Competencies:
