Job Description

Kaleris is inviting online applications for the position of Associate Consultant (Associate Engineer – Managed Services) at its technology center in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Candidates with degrees in B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BBA (including Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management) are eligible to apply online as soon as possible.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implementation Support: Support Kaleris Supply Chain Execution (SCE) software implementation tasks under the guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers.
- Documentation: Participate in project discovery, Orientation, and Analysis sessions by taking notes and documenting business requirements. Leverage AI tools to accelerate deliverable preparation, issue logging, and implementation documentation.
- Issue Management: Log and track customer issues in Salesforce with clear reproduction steps and relevant operational artifacts.
- Process Adherence: Adhere to standardized implementation playbooks and contribute to continuous knowledge base enhancements.
- Communication: Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and project milestones while applying structured feedback from mentors.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BBA) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent fields.
Experience: Open to college fresh graduates or early-career professionals with prior internship experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software. Experience level: 0–1 Year Experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Foundational technical proficiency in application configuration, basic system integrations, and software troubleshooting
- Demonstrable experience utilizing AI productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or internal AI assistants) to accelerate documentation and analysis
- Ability to log, track, and document customer incidents in platforms like Salesforce with accurate steps to reproduce
Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills; ability to interact professionally with internal project managers and international client counterparts
