Job Description

Kuvaka Tech , an AI-first technology firm known for building open-source AI solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, and enterprise clients, has announced its official hiring drive for Kuvaka Tech Recruitment 2026 . Kuvaka Tech is seeking motivated engineering talent for the position of Frontend Developer (Fresher) at its office in Vijay Nagar, Indore . This is an on-site, full-time role offering a competitive package of ₹3.5 LPA CTC . Candidates with strong React fundamentals, modern JavaScript knowledge, and prior internship experience are eligible to apply. As a Frontend Developer (Fresher), you will work closely within a dedicated delivery pod consisting of senior engineers, backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers. You will take full ownership of shipping user-facing features and production code.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Component Development: Build reusable, production-grade React components and manage application state efficiently.
  • API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data fetching seamlessly inside UI components.
  • Layout Implementation: Implement mobile-first, responsive, and cross-device compatible web layouts.
  • Collaboration: Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning cycles.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify UI/UX bottlenecks, debug issues, and deploy quick performance fixes.
  • Code Quality: Iterate on continuous engineering feedback to elevate code quality and craftsmanship.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience: Fresher (Internship Experience required)

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Strong React fundamentals (React Hooks, functional components, lifecycle)
  • Modern JavaScript (ES6+ features like Arrow functions, destructuring, promises, async/await)
  • HTML5 & CSS3 proficiency (Flexbox, Grid, CSS animations, responsive layouts)
  • Data fetching from APIs and integration within UI components
  • Git basics (clone, commit, push, pull, feature branch workflows)
  • At least one shipped project (via an internship, portfolio, hackathon, or deployed live web app)

Competencies:

  • State management exposure (Context API, Redux, or Zustand) (Good to Have)
  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, styled-components, or Material UI) (Good to Have)
  • Hands-on experience deploying web apps (Vercel, Netlify, or GitHub Pages) (Good to Have)
  • Understanding of browser DevTools (Network tab, performance profiling, debugging) (Good to Have)
  • Basic testing exposure (Jest or React Testing Library) (Good to Have)
  • Exposure to performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting) (Good to Have)
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma (Good to Have)
