Job Description
For the Leapwork Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Junior Software Engineer to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment using Agile methodologies. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about technology, and motivated to build resilient, failure-aware systems. You will support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, while writing clean and maintainable code.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software systems as per the "definition of done."
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code under the guidance of senior engineers.
- DevOps Support: Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in development and production environments.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving internal methods, processes, and systems.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or related fields.
Experience: Freshers / Junior Level.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong coding fundamentals and ability to write clean code.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Competencies:
