Job Description
For the Lenovo Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is seeking detail-oriented fresh graduates to act as the crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams. The role will heavily support digital transformation projects on the ServiceNow platform. You will assist in core process improvement activities under the guidance of senior members. This involves creating process documentation, drafting workflow diagrams, and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Assist in conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs.
- Agile Backlog Management: Help develop precise user stories and actively maintain the product backlog using Agile project management tools like Jira.
- Documentation & Workflows: Support the creation of comprehensive process documentation and logical workflow diagrams.
- Project Tracking: Track project status, maintain logs, schedule meetings, update change logs, and follow up on critical actions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform basic data analysis and prepare clear, concise reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Testing & UAT: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage basic testing documentation alongside the technical team to ensure requirement feasibility.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA. Candidates with a specialization in Information Systems are highly preferred.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of professional or internship experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in documentation and using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of core IT concepts or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a distinct advantage
