Job Description
For the QuEST Global Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production efficiency and optimize manufacturing processes through engineering analysis and workflow planning. You will play a critical role in conducting time and motion studies to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure that production methods adhere to strict quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Improve production methods and efficiency through rigorous engineering analysis.
- Technical Analysis: Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and blueprints accurately.
- Efficiency Studies: Conduct detailed time and motion studies to optimize assembly and manufacturing workflows.
- Planning: Prepare comprehensive workflow charts, factory layouts, and production reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to global quality standards and manufacturing protocols.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Any Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Aerospace, or related fields preferred).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow planning, and Time and Motion studies.
Competencies:
