Job Description
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (Software Development), you will build end-to-end expertise across enterprise application design, engineering, testing, and cloud deployment. You'll gain hands-on proficiency in modern software tools, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and scalable cloud architectures while collaborating with senior software engineers, solution architects, business analysts, and product owners. This role provides a clear career path progression toward Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead roles.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative engineering discipline. No prior professional work experience required (Freshers are eligible). Academic project exposure or internships in software development are an added advantage.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies
- Working knowledge of database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL) and API/system integration concepts
- Familiarity with modern version control systems like Git and collaborative code practices
- Exposure to Agile software development workflows and iterative delivery cycles
- Basic understanding of networking, web protocols, software testing (unit tests, code reviews)
- Working knowledge or awareness of AI Infrastructure and Prompt Engineering concepts
