Job Description
For the Rupeek Off Campus Drive 2026, the Category team is seeking a highly skilled MIS Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing key business and risk strategies through data analytics.
You will contribute significantly by publishing reports and shaping strategies. This role requires a strong command of SQL and Excel, along with proficiency in statistical tools such as Python or R. You will handle end-to-end requirement gathering to provide insightful metrics that drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an MIS Executive at Rupeek, your key responsibilities will include:
- Metric Development: Developing a deep understanding of key business metrics like Collection, Sales, PnL, and Risk metrics for the loan portfolio.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Developing, implementing, and monitoring portfolios to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Data Pipeline: Designing and maintaining ETL pipelines for seamless data processing.
- Reporting: Handling end-to-end requirement gathering to generate and publish insightful reports.
- Innovation: Applying out-of-the-box thinking to unlock innovative business solutions based on data trends.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Rupeek Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Analytics or PnL Management roles.
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel.
- Experience working with Relational Databases.
