Job Description
For the Amazon Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an ML Data Associate I to perform annotation-related tasks. You will work on defined sets of instructions to collect accurate ground truth data for product development, which is critical for training Machine Learning models.
You will handle various media types including audio, image, video, and text files. The role requires executing repetitive tasks with high quality, applying strong linguistic rules, and verifying data to ensure it meets Amazon’s rigorous standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an ML Data Associate I at Amazon, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Annotation: Performing annotation tasks on audio, image, video, and text files based on dynamic instructions.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining high internal quality by performing audits and verification activities.
- Linguistic Accuracy: Applying strong grammar and linguistic rules to ensure generated text adheres to proper syntax.
- Productivity: Meeting daily productivity and quality targets by tracking task completion using internal tools.
- Reporting: Capturing results accurately, escalating failures, and closing queries according to defined SLAs.
- Process Improvement: Testing new SOPs and ML data tools and providing feedback to streamline processes.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
