Job Description
For the Mphasis Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking a Premium Processing Junior Technician. The role involves supporting the day-to-day activities of the wider Premium Processing (PP) team. You will ensure the delivery of effective and high-quality services by completing work in an accurate and timely manner. This role requires adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing: Ensuring allocated premium processing is completed accurately and on time.
- SLA Management: Helping deliver services to agreed SLAs & KPIs.
- Compliance: Adhering to company compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Escalation: Raising questions to Senior Technicians when unable to complete activities.
- Training: Ensuring successful completion of assigned training and assessment exercises.
- Development: Engaging in feedback and personal development to grow within the role.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Any Degree from a recognized university.
Experience: Freshers are eligible.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Awareness of Insurance and its role in business.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Competencies:
- Good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Aptitude and desire to learn.
- Experience within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
