Job Description
Mphasis is hiring for the position of Trainee Transaction Processing Officer in Pune, open to 2024 graduates and postgraduates with 1–3 years of experience. This operations-oriented role focuses on processing transactions, understanding client requirements, resolving email-based queries, and meeting process SLAs. Candidates will follow established procedures, maintain productivity and accuracy, demonstrate product knowledge, and adhere to schedules. Strong communication, analytical, and reasoning skills are essential, along with basic MS Word/Excel knowledge, good keyboard skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a work-from-office, flexible shift environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process assigned tasks according to defined process SLAs.
- Provide appropriate solutions within specified timelines.
- Meet individual KRAs through productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain required product knowledge.
- Maintain schedule adherence.
- Understand client requirements.
- Resolve client queries through email.
- Follow company compliance requirements and policies.
- Work completely from the office.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Any Degree or PG Degree (2024 graduates and postgraduates from recognized universities).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Good keyboard skills (Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy)
- Ability to work across multiple screens with speed
