As part of the mthree Off Campus Drive 2026, successful candidates will undergo 6–12 weeks of intensive, expert-led training before being placed with global clients. Depending on your skillset and interest, you will join one of the following specialized pathways: Software Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable custom technology solutions and algorithmic trading engines. SRE / Application Engineer: Focus on production support, system reliability, and troubleshooting complex global environments. Banking Services Analyst: Support regulatory reporting and financial operations within the world of investment banking. Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to design and test stable, off-the-shelf, or custom technology solutions.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot high-performance systems including trading engines and reporting tools.
- Software Engineering: Apply solid software engineering principles such as OOPs, Data Structures, and Design Patterns.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Financial Operations: Banking Analysts will manage deadlines and ensure accuracy in financial documentation and PC-based reporting.
- Learning: Engage in continuous technical learning and stay updated with industry-standard methodologies.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related STEM subjects (Finance/Business/Law also welcomed for Analyst roles).
Experience: Freshers (2024, 2025, and 2026 Batches). Minimum 60% aggregate or higher with no standing arrears/backlogs.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, C, or C++.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, OOPs, Multithreading, and Data Structures.
Competencies:
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Analytical mindset with proactive attitude.
- Competitive coding experience (LeetCode, CodeChef, etc.) is highly preferred.
