Job Description
NatWest Group is looking for driven professionals to join them as an associate-level Software Engineer in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for B.E/B.Tech degree holders with a solid background in software design, ReactJS, and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work within a feature team, responsible for the full software life cycle from development to decommissioning, producing complex and critical software.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Engineering: Engineering software, scripts, and tools while seamlessly liaising with other engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
- Quality Delivery: Rapidly producing complex and critical software of high quality that adds tangible value to the business.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Working within permanent teams responsible for the full software life cycle: from initial development and enhancements to maintenance and eventual decommissioning.
- Collaboration: Collaborating actively to optimize NatWest Group's software engineering capability.
- Solution Implementation: Designing, producing, testing, and successfully implementing robust working software solutions.
- End-to-End Involvement: Working across the end-to-end lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and daily operations.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Strictly requires a B.E/B.Tech degree.
Experience: Freshers / Experienced.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- A solid background in software engineering, software design, and architecture, with an understanding of how your expertise supports customers
- Working experience with ReactJS, SQL Server, and the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration environments
- Experience with application development lifecycle tools, including testing, debugging, and bug tracking platforms
- Experience across multiple programming languages or low-code platforms, effectively driving automation and efficiency
- Experience in implementing programming best practices—especially concerning scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance
