Job Description
Netsmart Recruitment 2026 is hiring for a Software Engineer position in Bengaluru, India. This is a full-time software engineering opportunity for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience who have knowledge of programming, relational databases, SQL scripting and cloud-based SaaS architectures. The Software Engineer will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design, development, testing and deployment. Roles and Responsibilities
- SDLC Participation: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, planning, software design, development, testing and deployment.
- Solution Building: Design, build and produce software solutions with support and guidance.
- Workflow Knowledge: Build knowledge of relevant clinical and financial workflows and apply that knowledge in day-to-day work.
- Software Testing: Run software tests, review results and perform root cause analysis to identify problems.
- Code Reviews: Participate in project code reviews and provide technical input.
- Technical Solutions: Identify, implement and support technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Tool Adoption: Explore and adopt new tools to analyze and solve technical problems.
- Task Support: Support assigned software engineering tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- On-Call Availability: Be available outside standard business hours when required as part of a rotational on-call schedule.
