Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, planning, software design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Solution Building: Design, build, and produce software solutions with support and guidance.
- Workflow Knowledge: Build knowledge of relevant clinical and financial workflows and apply that knowledge in day-to-day work.
- Testing and Analysis: Run software tests, review results, and perform root cause analysis to identify problems.
- Code Reviews: Participate in project code reviews and provide technical input.
- Technical Solutions: Identify, implement, and support technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Tool Adoption: Explore and adopt new tools to analyze and solve technical problems.

- On-Call Support: Be available outside standard business hours when required as part of a rotational on-call schedule.
