Job Description
For the Capgemini Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join their infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for learning new technologies and identifying network-related problems.
You will participate in projects as a contributing team member and actively acquire complex skills in Routing, Switching, and Cloud-based support. This role requires working in early morning, evening, or night shifts (No general day shift is available).
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Network Engineer at Capgemini, your key responsibilities will include:
- Issue Resolution: Identifying problems and providing inputs to resolve network-related issues.
- Project Participation: Regularly participating in projects/activities as a contributing team member.
- Skill Acquisition: Actively acquiring knowledge of abstract concepts to progress towards full proficiency in networking.
- Collaboration: Seeking appropriate guidance to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes.
- Customer Centricity: Maintaining a positive, learning attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Capgemini Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- B.E / B.Tech (CS / IT / Circuit Branches only).
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
- Batch: Freshers from the 2025 Pass-out Batch only.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Knowledge of Networking Technologies (Routing, Switching, Data Center, Wireless, Security).
- Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- CCNA Certification is preferred.
- Work Constraints:
- Must be ready to work in early morning, evening, and night shifts.
- Must be ready to work from Gurgaon (No location change requests allowed).
- Full-time office model (5 days a week).
