Job Description

Sutherland Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring New Campus Associates – FY'26 for full-time customer experience and support roles. The opportunity is open to 2026 passout candidates from any full-time undergraduate or postgraduate program. The role focuses on delivering customer service through calls, email, chat and social media. Associates will resolve customer queries, meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets, follow service-level requirements and maintain data security and confidentiality. This is primarily a customer experience and business operations role rather than a software development position. Candidates with strong English communication skills, good analytical and typing abilities, and flexibility to work rotational shifts can consider this opportunity. Cab facilities are provided within 25 Km of the office location.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Customer Request Resolution: Resolve customer requests and inquiries through email, chat and social media.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer support through appropriate communication channels and processes.
  • Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure customer questions are answered accurately and within expected timelines.
  • Performance Goals: Work toward monthly customer satisfaction and productivity goals.
  • Service Level Metrics: Achieve contact center statistics and contractual service-level metrics.
  • Data Security: Follow non-disclosure agreements and data security policies.
  • Training & Upskilling: Complete required upskilling programs and e-courses.
  • Coaching & Feedback: Attend coaching sessions and implement feedback.
  • Adherence: Maintain schedule adherence and attendance standards.
  • Program Contribution: Contribute positively to reducing program shrinkage.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Any Full-Time Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA).

Experience: Freshers (2026 graduating batch).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Typing Skills: Good typing ability for handling digital customer interactions and documentation
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand issues, identify relevant information and determine appropriate actions

Competencies:

  • English Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Customer Service: Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively
