Job Description
NTT DATA Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring Technical Graduate Trainees from the 2025 batch for a networking-focused fresher opportunity in Noida. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering stream can apply. The role is designed for freshers who want to begin their careers in network engineering and infrastructure. Candidates will receive a ₹18,000 per month training stipend during the three-month training period. After successful completion of training, the post-training CTC is ₹3.2 LPA. A major requirement for this opportunity is a mandatory networking certification. Candidates must have either CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional). The position is Work From Office and office attendance is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Network Infrastructure Management: Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure.
- Device Configuration: Configure and manage routers, switches and other network devices.
- Network Deployment Support: Assist with LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN deployments.
- Security & Compliance: Support network security implementations and compliance requirements.
- Issue Diagnosis: Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues.
- Documentation: Maintain network documentation and reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth network operations.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech degree in any relevant engineering stream
Experience: Freshers from the 2025 batch
