Job Description
NTT DATA Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring Technical Graduate Trainees from the 2025 batch for a networking-focused fresher opportunity in Noida. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering stream can apply. The role is designed for freshers who want to begin their careers in network engineering and infrastructure. Candidates will receive a ₹18,000 per month training stipend during the three-month training period, with a post-training CTC of ₹3.2 LPA. A major requirement is a mandatory CCNA or CCNP certification. The position is Work From Office and office attendance is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routers, switches and other network devices.
- Assist with LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN deployments.
- Support network security implementations and compliance requirements.
- Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues.
- Maintain network documentation and reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth network operations.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech degree in any relevant engineering stream.
Experience: Freshers (from the 2025 batch).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Mandatory networking certification (CCNA or CCNP)
- Strong understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, Cisco networking technologies, Network security fundamentals, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN)
Competencies:
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to work from the office in Noida
