Job Description
As a Junior Associate at Pfizer, your day-to-day execution model will incorporate core duties such as taking responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables and managing personal time and professional development. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete tasks of varying scope and complexity within agreed timeframes. This role involves identifying and solving moderately routine structural and operational problems on the floor, completing assignments under moderate supervision, and flagging deviations immediately to your supervisor. You will also ensure all compiled work is reviewed thoroughly for accuracy, quality parameters, and adherence to rigorous industry standards. Additionally, you will operate assembly and packaging equipment according to technical Batch Records, monitor and adjust packaging systems, and perform calculations for percent accountabilities, reconciling numerical values, and executing manual inspections.

- Complete Assignments: Complete assignments under moderate supervision using established procedures, and flag any deviations from standard operations immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure All Compiled: Ensure all compiled work is reviewed thoroughly for accuracy, quality parameters, and adherence to rigorous industry standards.
- Operate Assembly: Operate assembly and packaging equipment according to technical Batch Records, ensuring all machinery remains fully operational post-maintenance with clean maintenance logs.
- Monitor, Evaluate, And Adjust: Monitor, evaluate, and adjust packaging systems to enhance quality, performing calculations for percent accountabilities, reconciling numerical values, and executing manual inspections.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: High School Diploma, GED, or Any Graduate Degree with more than 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience: 2+ of hands-on experience or exceptional internship experience in software testing, particularly with Android OS testing environments.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math and comprehension skills for interpreting detailed Standard Operating Procedures, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Batch Records.
- Demonstrated capability to follow structural instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagrammatic forms.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, database tracking, and general equipment interface operation.
Competencies:
- Capability to perform tasks and maintain logical flow under demanding operational conditions.
- Prior experience working inside a regulated pharmaceutical or automated manufacturing plant environment.
- Deep knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with operating automated assembly or packaging equipment line systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intense attention to detail, and excellent team communication capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily managerial supervision.
- Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI productivity tools and a curiosity to learn how they can optimize documentation workflows.
