Job Description
For the Phenom Recruitment 2026 drive, the IT team is looking for a highly skilled IT Configuration Analyst to configure and maintain the company's IT systems and infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the IAM and SSO infrastructure, including complex integrations for third-party applications. You will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing automation workflows to improve operational efficiency. This includes automating the onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring seamless interconnectivity across systems using robust API integrations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- IAM & SSO Support: Provide comprehensive support for the entire IAM and SSO infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient access to all systems and applications.
- Application Integration: Manage the integration of third-party applications with IAM/SSO platforms. Handle API integrations to ensure seamless system interconnectivity.
- Protocol Management: Leverage expertise in security protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, and Kerberos to enhance overall access management.
- Tool Configuration: Use industry-standard IAM tools, including OneLogin, Okta, and Google SSO, for configuration and daily management.
- Automation Workflows: Develop, implement, and manage automation workflows for user provisioning, de-provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Troubleshooting & Documentation: Troubleshoot IAM/SSO-related issues efficiently and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and automation workflows.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Any proven academic or internship experience acting as an IT Configuration Analyst with a focus on IAM/SSO is a major plus.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, and Kerberos
- Proficiency or familiarity with IAM tools such as OneLogin, Okta, and Google SSO
- Experience with API integrations and IT automation scripting
