Job Description

For the L&T Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is looking for engineers to work on next-generation Electric Vehicle (EV) and Power components. The role demands deep technical knowledge of circuit topologies and control devices.

Selected candidates will be responsible for circuit analysis, understanding various component functions, and designing power supply solutions. This is a core technical role suited for those passionate about hardware and power systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Fresher at L&T, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Circuit Analysis: Performing mathematical analysis of circuits using Current and Voltage laws.
  • Topology Design: Working on Power Supply topologies like Linear, Buck-Boost, AC-DC, and Inverters.
  • Component Handling: Hands-on work with Power and Control devices such as BJTs, MOSFETs, and Op-amps.
  • Microcontrollers: Designing and testing microcontroller application circuits.
  • Collaboration: Taking ownership of tasks and working effectively within cross-functional teams.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for L&T Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: M.E / M.Tech in relevant fields.
