L&T Technology Services (LTTS), a global leader in Engineering and R&D (ER&D) services, has announced its official hiring drive for postgraduate engineering graduates. LTTS is inviting online applications for Post Graduation Registration – Batch of 2026 specializing in Networking & Telecom. This full-time entry-level opportunity is tailored for fresh M.Tech graduates (2026 Batch) in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, or Wireless Communication. Selected candidates will be stationed at LTTS's technology hub in Bengaluru, Karnataka with an attractive salary package of INR 6.33 LPA.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain: Software components using C++ in Linux environments.
- Participate actively: In the design, development, and testing of networking and wireless communication solutions.
- Work on: Core Telecom and Wireless architectures, including LTE (4G) and 5G Network Architectures.
- Support development activities: Related to Networking Protocols, Radio Units (RU), and OSI Layers (L1, L2, L3).
- Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot: Complex software issues in real-time communication systems.
- Collaborate: With cross-functional global engineering teams to deliver high-quality production code.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: M.Tech (Master of Technology) in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications Engineering, or Wireless Communication. Passing Year: 2026 Batch only. Minimum 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA across all academic levels. No active backlogs. Minimum hiring age is 18 years.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming proficiency in C++.
- Solid working understanding of the Linux Operating System and its software development environment.
- Clear conceptual understanding of Networking Fundamentals, TCP/IP concepts, and OSI Layers (L1, L2, and L3).
- Fundamental knowledge of Wireless Communication Systems, Radio Units (RU), LTE/4G technologies, and 5G Network Architecture.
Competencies:
- Exposure to Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Familiarity with global Telecom standards and wireless protocols.
- Hands-on academic project experience related to Networking, Embedded Systems, Telecom, or Wireless Technologies.
