Job Description
For the Procore Technologies Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a talented Software Engineer 1 to partner intimately with the customer base and translate their needs into technological SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions that revolutionize the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code and troubleshooting issues reported by customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Development: Design, develop, and test software solutions in collaboration with senior engineers and product managers.
- Coding Standards: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by customers or internal teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Documentation: Assist in creating technical specifications and user manuals.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology.
Experience: Freshers / Early Career (0-2 Years).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, C++, etc.
Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
