Job Description
For the Rupeek Internship 2026 drive, the team is looking for highly creative and analytical problem solvers. As a Program Manager Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to design, develop, and deploy project-specific strategies while working seamlessly with top leadership and executives. You will play a vital role in defining product requirements and writing clear user stories. Additionally, you will launch and lead experiments for new business models, setting them up for long-term success. This requires navigating a multi-threaded environment where you will collaborate across various functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy & Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy project and program-specific strategies.
- Product Development: Assist in defining core product requirements and writing clear, actionable user stories for engineering teams.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Launch and lead strategic experiments for new business models, ensuring they are set up for scalable success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in a multi-threaded environment alongside diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, data analytics, business operations, finance, and senior leadership.
- Execution & Tracking: Plan, execute, and track programs within strict deadlines. Detailing initiatives and ensuring value prioritization.
- Stakeholder Management: Travel and meet central lending teams and regional teams on a case-by-case basis.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Final-year student pursuing a B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent degree from a premium Engineering or MBA college.
Experience: Freshers are eligible.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Comfort with data is essential.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau is considered a strong plus.
Competencies:
- Highly creative and analytical skill set; must be a strategic thinker and problem solver.
