PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring an ambitious and technically skilled Fullstack Engineer – Intern, Specialist for its Software and Product Innovation group in Bangalore. This unique role sits at the intersection of enterprise software development and advanced technical consulting, helping shape the future of business operations for a global client portfolio. You will code, optimize, and maintain highly scalable software platforms, build and configure microservices modules, and ensure clean system interoperability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Application Engineering: Code, optimize, and maintain highly scalable software platforms utilizing languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Integration Lifecycle: Build, configure, and coordinate microservices modules and API endpoints for clean system interoperability.
- Quality & Testing: Run structured code reviews, execute debugging procedures, and conduct extensive quality assurance testing to optimize system reliability.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner directly with cross-functional product management groups to convert raw business needs into robust object-oriented software architectures.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement optimizations across application development cycles using advanced CI/CD tooling.
- Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot system bugs, optimize server-side/client-side loading metrics, and support live deployment operations.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must hold a completed Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
Experience: Requires a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in professional software development environments.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication proficiency in English is mandatory to collaborate across cross-geography jurisdictions.
Competencies:
- Fields of Study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
