Job Description
Qualcomm is offering an Interim Intern – OneIT opportunity for B.Tech 2026 graduates. This internship provides exposure to a wide range of IT, cloud, enterprise, software, infrastructure, data, security, and DevOps technologies. Interns may work with platforms and tools including AWS, Azure, Git/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, databases, and programming languages such as Java and Python. Selected interns will work alongside IT professionals and engineers, contributing to projects involving system integration, application and infrastructure support, data analysis, security, development, testing, documentation, and system administration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Development and Testing: Contribute to software development and testing activities, including implementing features, debugging issues, writing/executing tests, supporting application releases, and maintaining existing software.
- Cloud and DevOps Exposure: Projects could involve cloud infrastructure, containerization, automation, CI/CD, configuration management, or monitoring.
- Data Analytics: Some assignments may involve data analysis and visualization, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Informatica, Spark, and Airflow.
- Infrastructure and System Administration: May involve server and system administration, infrastructure maintenance, storage, virtualization, monitoring, and enterprise support.
- Network Security: Projects may involve network-security activities, working with concepts involving firewalls, VPN technologies, proxy services, monitoring, and enterprise network infrastructure.
- System Integration: Assist with system-level integration issues and new features.
- Project and Program Documentation: Contribute to project and program documentation.
- Vendor management: Possible exposure to vendor management.
- Application maintenance and support: Involved in maintaining applications.
- Database maintenance and support: Involved in maintaining databases.

- Understanding of basic data cleaning, transformation, visualization, and reporting concepts.
